At BSE, it is our hope that we can develop, not only as individual artists but as a network that would help encourage and highlight others within the art community. Today, we have the great privilege of featuring Tiffany Chai, a burgeoning film creative who is refining her craft and passion in the Art Institute of California, Hollywood. Though she is mainly learning about what it takes to sit on a director’s chair, she also dabbles in the production, writing and casting aspects of film (which, I suppose, is pretty much all aspects of film).

Please check out her latest short video feature, Float. Here’s a quote from the director herself: “It is my personal belief that there’s a dreamer inside of everyone. (Smile!) The short film Float is about a young dreamer who actively pursues her dreams of space travel. Though high unlikely to succeed and, perhaps, all together an impossibility at her young age, I find her determination and creativity very encouraging. Through this short, I want to encourage the viewers to continue to dream and use their imaginations.”
